Our Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations policy
Please pay attention when completing your order as accuracy to detail is essential. If a mistake is made when placing your order please contact us immediately at info@beautyworksonline.com quoting your order number, an explanation of the error in detail, and please also include the correct information.
Due to the hygienic nature of the product all sales of Beauty Works Natural Hair products are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted. Exchanges will only be made for unopened original packaged clean hair. Hair that has been exposed to pollutants (cigarette smoke, food etc.) or is visibly damaged due to handling unopened will not be accepted for exchange. Shipment charges will be incurred by the customer for any product exchanges requested by the customer.
Beauty Works Online offer exchanges on all Beauty Works Natural Hair products hair. Any request for a product exchange must be made within 10 working days.
If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 1 month of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.
Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions.
We require any faulty hair back in full for testing and examination.
Hair must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date before any further damage can occur.
If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
Beauty works will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs.
We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday in warmer climates for various reasons.
Any colouring of extensions is done entirely at your own risk ad we will not refund or exchange any extensions that have been coloured, dyed or tinited.
By purchasing goods you have accepted these terms and conditions from Beauty Works, you agree to abide by our Terms & conditions of Sale.
Right of Cancellation, we reserve the right to cancel any orders before they ar dispatched.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Beauty Works, Unit 1A, 3 Hawthorn Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1AA, or send an email to info@beautyworksonline.com with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products they must be returned in an un-opended condition, you must carefully repackage the item(s) in the delivery packaging and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked the items are in an un-opened and re-saleable condition. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
Refunds can take upto 10 days to credit your account.
